Daniel Genet

Daniel Genet was born and raised in New York. He attended college at Western State College of Colorado and graduated with honors with a degree in Business Administration and Accounting. Mr. Genet returned to New York to attend law school at Pace University School of Law and graduated in the top 1/3 of his class. While there, he was on the Dean's list and awarded an American Jurisprudence Award in Criminal Law Analysis and Writing I and II and Civil Procedure I. Mr. Genet was also a member of Pace Law Review and had his law review paper published. He is a proud parent of two young daughters.

He began his legal career in early 1997 and is the managing shareholder of Daniel M. Genet, P.A. Mr. Genet began his own firm where he has been litigating cases and representing clients in the following areas of law:

Criminal defense including Misdemeanor and Felony cases involving arson, assault, domestic violence, possession and distribution of drugs, vehicular assault, sexual assault, child abuse, kidnapping, and attempted murder;
